Privacy.

This page describes what happens to information when you use sycuera.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived. Sycuera Technology Private Limited is responsible for this site.

What this site collects

Nothing is required of you to read this website. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no cookies set for tracking or personalisation.

Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so opening a page does not tell any third party that you did.

If you write to us

The contact form sends us your name, email address, an optional organisation, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if a conversation follows, to keep track of it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

What you send is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, a database we run in our own Google Cloud project, so Google processes it on our behalf as our hosting provider. Only we can read it. The form can write a message and can do nothing else, so nothing on this website can read, edit or delete what has been sent.

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics at all. If that changes, it will be a cookieless, aggregate-only tool, and this page will say so before it is switched on.

Hosting and logs

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, request, user agent) as an ordinary part of serving a website securely. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hq@sycuera.com and we will handle it.

Products

Sycuera products have their own privacy terms, because they handle different information than a website does. Yarnily's terms are published on its own site and are not covered here.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
